- KUNY doors and windows are large in size and weight, and require stronger door and window load-bearing capacity. The profile selected by Kunyuan Future Window is the Chinese national standard 6063-T5. The main stress-bearing part of the window profile is 1.8mm, and the main stress-bearing part of the door profile is 2.2mm. All Complying with the requirements of the new national standard, the local stress-bearing locations are enhanced and thickened to further enhance the strength of the doors and windows.
- The material of the insulation strip is PA66+25% glass fiber. The specifications include 24mm, 29mm, 30mm, 35.3mm, and 41mm. The structural design of the insulation strip is independently developed to meet the strength requirements while greatly improving the performance of the entire window.

The standard glass configuration of KUNY products is offline Low-e, which essentially uses a vacuum magnetron sputtering coating process on the surface of ordinary glass to coat a multi-layer composite film on the surface of the glass to ensure sufficient indoor light to a certain extent, it plays the function of heat preservation and insulation to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction of buildings. Its specific advantages are as follows:
1. Energy saving: Lowe glass has good energy saving effect. The surface emissivity of this type of glass is low, which can reduce the heat transfer from indoor to outdoor.
2. Thermal insulation: Lowe glass can reduce indoor and outdoor heat transfer, preventing indoor heat from transmitting to the outdoors in winter and outdoor heat from entering the room in summer, which has a good thermal insulation effect.
3. High light transmittance: The light transmittance of lowe glass ranges from 0-95%. Its light transmittance is high and the indoor lighting effect is good.
